La estancia fue muy cómoda. La recepcionista nos atendió muy amablemente durante los 3 días que estuvimos allí. Además, olvidé un cargador y ella misma se hizo cargo de recogerlo y tenerlo preparado para recogerlo yo más tarde. Me sentí muy bien atendida en todo momento.

La presión del agua de la ducha insuficiente. Pocos enchufes en la habitación, tuve que desconectar el radiador y lámparas de noche para poder usar los enchufes para cargar mis dispositivos. Escritorio/mesa interior pequeña por lo que trabajar es imposible, al menos la habitación tenia un mini patio con una mesa y sillas pero me imagino lo incomodo que será en invierno. No funcionaba el seguro de la puerta del patio por lo que no me quedaba otra opción que bajar las persianas al salir

Buenas tardes, Acabo de hacer una valoración sobre la estancia, pero me surgía una duda respecto a lo del a limpieza porque me parece que se me explicó durante el Check-in y no lo entendí, y ahora al leer la política de limpieza he visto que que me he equivocado. Desearía también borrar el comentario ya que el pago de los 15 euros era para cambiar la categoría de la habitación y no de tener un mejor colchón. Pero a su favor dire que me cambiaron la almohada, que estaba un poco más rellena que la otra. Si se puede borrar o modificar ese comentario, lo haría con mucho gusto. Un saludo.

La experiencia ha sido muy mala. La primera sorpresa fue la calidad del colchón y la almohada, y la contestación a esta reclamación fue, que si pagaba 15€ más por noche, podría tener un mejor colchón... Pero a su favor dire que me cambiaron la almohada, que estaba un poco más rellena que la otra. Por otro lado el servicio le limpieza, no lo puedo valorar porque no básicamente no pasaron ni un solo día ni a cambiar las toallas, solo me hicieron la cama el primer día, porque fueron a cambiar la almohada y se olvidaron por completo de mi habitación. Es una lástima porque por ubicación es muy buen hotel, pero el servicio, sintiéndolo mucho, deja bastante que desear. PD: Ojalá sirva de algo, seguramente podría haber sido un cliente habitual ya que por trabajo paso una semana al mes en Valencia, pero después de esta experiencia, creo que tendré que buscarme otra opción.

la relacion calidad precio para la fecha que fuimos (eran fallas) estupenda!! La habitacion comodisima y superlimpia el baño amplio y perfecto.. nada malo que decir. la recepcionista que nos atendio ( no se su nombre) ha sido superamable y nos ha ayudado en todo momento con planos de valenciamejorres fallas y sitios de interes un 10 para ella. la verdad que ha sido el mejor hostal con diferencia de los que estado.. se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo
