Access to the building and the room was confusing, checking in was difficult, check in instructions were not clear. A member of staff helprd explain what to do on 2nd floor and then where the room was located on 6th floor

Mención especial colchones que son buenísimos. Mucho ruido de obras en el deslunado del baño, la luz automática se apagado cuando nos duchabamos. Como punto de mejora, en la máquina de check in, se podría indicar hora salida de la habitación y como devolver la llave (creo recordar que no salia-llegamos con mucha prisa con tormenta etc). Estuvimos muy a gusto!

No valoro al personal, porque no he tratado con él en absoluto. Los baños merecerían más atención por parte del personal de limpieza, especialmente al ser un espacio compartido; no es agradable encontrar pelos y pasta de dientes en el lavabo o restos de papel higiénico en el suelo.

Very good value for the price. Perfect location, very comfortable bed. The walls are thin and the windows are not sound proof so might need an ear plug if you are sensitive for noise. I was lucky with having quiet neighbours, and slept really well.

No puedo valorar al personal porque no me encontré con nadie. Respecto a la limpieza, es cierto que todo estaba muy limpio. No obstante, tengo que decir que encontré una cucaracha muerta en el baño. La cama era incómoda, el colchón se hunde. Las ventanas del dormitorio no se cerraban bien. Durante toda la noche estuve oyendo ruido de agua de los baños comunes o de otras habitaciones. A excepción de la limpieza, que estaba muy bien, yo no volvería nunca y tampoco lo recomendaría.

Hemos estado con un niño de 9 años en el apartamento confort y no puedo decir nada malo. Desde la misma llegada nos atendieron muy bien, incluso pudimos acceder al apartamento antes de la hora de entrada. El apartamento con todo lo necesario para una estancia de cualquier periodo de tiempo, super limpio y muy bonita decoración.

Me he alojado en varias ocasiones en B&B Hi Valencia, es un alojamiento muy recomendable..Sólo en una ocasión apenas pude dormir por el ruido del exterior porque la habitación daba a una calle muy ruidosa y las ventanas no aislaban del ruido exterior, a excepción de esa ocasión,este alojamiento es ideal, muy cerca del mercado Colón y del centro de la ciudad.

You get a lot of value, since the price is so low. However, it is a lot of noise from doors slamming which makes it difficult to sleep. The biggest problem is the smell. It stinks! The hotelstaff tried to explain it, and said it was because of temperature change. There was an airconditioner in the room, and another machine that was suppose to take the smell away. It didn't help.

La primera noche, debido al aire que hacía, las ventanas hacían muchisimo ruido, tanto que no pudimos dormir hasta bien entrada la madrugada. No se si será porque el edificio es viejo o que, pero deberían de mirarlo porque es un punto muy negativo en el hotel.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e la struttura accogliente, vicina al centro della città. Nonostante questo, la stanza non era molto pulita e gli asciugamani erano ingialliti in alcune parti, anche il mobile era polveroso. La tv, il letto, la doccia calda ed il riscaldamento hanno funzionato davvero bene; peccato per i rumori di prima mattina negli appartamenti circostanti per lavori di manutenzione.

very good location, very nice rooms, very kind staff, very good value for money. unfortunatly we had some problems with the cleaning service staff and maybe a little too noisey during the night due to washing machines running 3-4hours per night from 1am (everynight!). i have to be honest if i go back to valencia (i have frinds there) i probably would go there again.

En la planta 7 el agua caliente tardaba cerca 20 minutos en salir , el último día ni salió,, en la habitación 703 había muy poca luz y las lámparas de la mesa noche no había luz en el enchufe. La ubicación es buena, es limpio.

Clean and friendly and lovely building. Arrived out of reception hours and easy to get in with prior arrangement made. Only downside for me was lack of a kettle. If you need hot water for medical needs or need your morning caffeine input before venturing out ( both needed in my case) make sure you book a room with a kettle, which I believe there were some- although I only realised it when it was too late. Very easy access to places to visit. Very helpful staff when I had a problem with closing my blinds. Would stay again, especially as it is only a few doors away from the person I was visiting.

He notado a faltar el aire acondicionado. En la habitación hay un ventilador en el techo que hace las funciones pero no tiene regulador de velocidad y eso impide que se pueda usar según las necesidades de cada persona. En mi caso era demasiado fuerte para tenerlo encendido toda la noche y sin él hacia demasiado calor.

Excellent location.Good for public transport, you can walk to the Old Town and the local neighbourhood had everything that we needed, with some lovely cafes and good shops. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a microwave and a kettle. Everything worked fine in the bathroom but it was a bathroom we were happy to say goodbye to. It was very small. Ramona was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very good value.

Positivo: -Por el precio muy bien -muy bien situada en Canovas y al lado del Rio -el wifi es super rapido, estaba en hoteles de 5estrellas pero siempre era lento, aqui super rapido -teraza en la ultima planta para relajarse Negativo: Mi habitación daba al interior y asi olia a comida aunque estaba en la ultima planta. Ademas hacian muchisimo ruido las puertas abriendo y cerrandolas. La gente no se esforzaron abrir/cerrar con calma, asi que me desperté varias veces por la noche. El bano era muy muy pequeno.
